Makenna had her big graduation day on Wednesday! She has been so excited for this day! They have been working hard to get ready for it. She has had a great year at Ben Franklin. She exceeded our expectations this year! I really thought that she would have a hard time keeping up with Ben Franklin's curriculum, but she did awesome! She can read small books, but still needs a little bit of help in the math department. She had the best teacher EVER. Her name is Miss Arnold. You can tell that she really loves the kids, and loves to be a teacher! She really was a blessing for Makenna. Makenna loves her too. Makenna even wanted to go shopping with her! She always wanted to dress cute, because she was sure that Miss Arnold would say that she looked "fancy"! Congratulations Makenna, we knew you could do it!!

OOOHH LALA! Congratulations Makenna! This day has many fond memories for me! To think I was there helping when your graduation pix was taken! One of my fondest memories in AZ this past winter was spending a day with you in class. So impressed with you, your teach and classmates! And loved it when you read your books to me! So proud of your accomplishments this year!
